we setup fully fledged portable bar counters. A bar setup is based on the theme and according to the requirements of the guest. We use standard bar equipments in the counter to provide better service to the guest. There is variety of glasses that used in serving different types of cocktails.

The care of Martiny is 'the bartenders', who are trained from well known institutions across India. we have skilled male and female bartenders providing the services. Our bartenders are experienced in flairing, Fire flairing and mixology. our bartenders have participated in various competition across India and abroad under the guidance of Martiny bar experts. we also have a record in the Indian Book of Records for the highest number of bartenders flaring at the same time.
FLAIR BARTENDERS
A proud feather on our cap, is the highest number of flair bartenders. Martiny trains the bartenders to improve their skills not only in mixing the drink but also in flair bartending. Our bartenders have participated in various flair bartending competitions and have won awards like Goa flair challenge, in various college and world flair association. our bartenders are the member of WFA and Indian Book of Record.
LADY BARTENDERS
Trained professional lady bartenders at Martiny show case their talent by mixing drink, fire flairing and by doing bar acts. Martiny is the only company in south India to have large number of lady bartenders.
COCKTAILS AND MOCKTAILS
MARTINY is known for the cocktails and mocktails which one served during the events. Classical cocktails as well as innovative cocktails and shooters are served in modern ways. We also serve customized cocktails and drinks to take a break from the regular alcoholic drinks. Martiny has come up with homemade infused liquor with different flavors, as an add on to the drink. Fresh and dehydrated garnishes are used to give a final touch and make the drink look more attractive.

We do have wide range of innovative drinks available in the Martiny open bar counter. All the bartenders showcase their creativity by bringing innovation in the cocktails they serve. Each party is designed with new cocktails like infusions, molecular, etc so that guest can have wonderful experience.

Shooters are the influential drink in any of the party or event. Wide range of shooters is available like sinking island, flaming Lamborghini, tipsy shooters, jelly shots, tap shooters, matka shooters, etc

We excel in setting up theme counter to meet the expectations of the guest and make their event memorable one. we have l.e.d. bar counters, 3D bar counter, traditional counter and customized theme counter.
BAR SCHOOL
We have our own bartending school, Martiny Bar Academy (MBA), associated with reputed hotel management college and conduct bartending course to become bar professionals.
HYGIENE
Hygiene is one of the key elements whether in maintaining the equipment or the materials used for the event. Al I the glasses are washed with 3 sink method, triple purified ice cubes are used and all the materials are controlled under cool and dry temperature.

ASSISTANCE TO TAKE PARTY LICENCE
As it is known many party having a bar should have legal permission from relevant authorities. To meet this requirement Martiny will assist and guide you in obtaining legal permission from the relevant authorities.
